According to Reuters, TomorrowNow, the SAP subsidiary that Oracle accused of illegally downloading customer support materials, is discontinuing operations. In fact, they are working to transition their more than 225 customers to new providers by October 31st.

Oracle filed a lawsuit in March that alleges SAP's TomorrowNow Inc. stole support materials and software for Oracles support site. Then sold them to customers at a discounted price. Thanks to TechTarget's Search SAP for this news item.
